I walked from Saltdean to Ovingdean
From Saltdean to Rottingdean I saw 3 birds: 1 pair on cliffs, and 1 bird in flight
From Rottingdean to Ovingdean I saw no birds
Total birds seen: 3
This may have been an under count as it was a very bright sunny day and mostly white birds on white cliffs are very difficult to see on sunny days.
Little evidence of incubation; the [pair on cliffs may have been incubating eggs.
This was considerably less birds than on some other observations.
