I reached Forest Row by train and bus. I took the train from Brighton to Three Bridges (35 minutes, frequent trains). From outside Three Bridges I caught the (60 minutes, once an hour), see: https://www.metrobus.co.uk/services/MB/291?

I chose to visit Forest Row as it's a good place to access Ashdown Forest, and the heathland habitat of Ashdown Forest is good for fungi. For more information about Ashdown Forest see: https://ashdownforest.org/ I walked a short part of the Vanguard Way, from Forest Row, about 4 miles south and then back again. I have not captioned the photographs, because until I have done some research, I do not know what must of the fungi are. I saw two birds, a Jay and a Mistle Thrush.
