RSPB Pagham Harbour: A Kingfisher & a Grey Wagtail brighten a dark winter day. 13.12.21

I caught the train from Brighton to Chichester, as usual, and took the 51 bus to outside the visitor centre of RSPB Pagham Harbour. I walked to the Ferry Pool, and then down the path north of the Ferry Chanel to Sidlesham Quay; then along the path that hugs the harbour through the mud flats up to and along the North Wall, then walked south on the east side of White Creek, following the mudflat path at the edge of the harbour to Pagham Spit (shingle). I returned to Chichester on the 600 bus from Pagham.

It was a very dark, overcast day, which made taking photographs very difficult. The photographs are in chronological order.
