This trip to Castle Hill National Nature Reserve and the Rottingdean Undercliff was a South-East area Gay Birders Club outing.

I made a preparatory visit to Castle Hill National Nature Reserve on 06.06.22, in order to plan the route. On that trip I tool may more photos of the of the plants, butterflies and wild flowers of the reserve. I took far fewer photos on 11.06.22 as I was leading the trip. See https://www.simelliott.net/post/butterflies-moths-birds-and-wild-flowers-in-the-castle-hill-national-nature-reserve-06-06-22 for the photos I took on 06.06.22, with information in the reserve.
